Meet Sharmaine Patterson, MSN, APRN-FPA, FNP-C
Sharmaine Patterson has been caring for patients for over 20 plus years—as both a nurse and a Family Nurse Practitioner. After earning her bachelor’s degree from Saint Xavier University in 2002, she went on to receive her master’s degree in nursing from Governors State University in 2012. Over the years, she has worked in nursing homes, private practice, urgent care, and at an Federal qualified health-care center, where she served families in an underserved community for nearly a decade.
While she valued every part of her nursing journey, Sharmaine realized she wanted to do more than simply treat symptoms—she wanted to help people truly heal. That’s when she discovered the power of addressing gut health and inflammation. She believes that when you focus on the root cause, you not only feel better but also regain your energy, improve weight management, and reconnect with your healthiest, most youthful self.
Sharmaine’s mission is to guide individuals on a journey to not just survive but thrive—restoring balance, vitality, and lasting wellness from the inside out.
